support lowercase states #159

in the old orgzly version (pre-revived) note states could be lowercase (todo, done) rather than having to be capitalized (TODO, DONE); or at least that was possible at the point when I changed them from default capitalized to lowercase around 2.5 years ago (this possibility to enter lowercase states might have already been removed already a while ago without forcing a settings update). When I enter in the current version lower case states in the settings ("notes & notebooks"), they get immediately capitalized. as my notes use lowercase states (synced with computer), not having these states properly visualized on my phone makes this version less useful than the pre-revived version.

How odd. Definitely not something we've changed in Revived.

maybe the auto-capitalization was already added in non-revived, but not retroactively applied to my configuration? (i'm not trying to see if I could still add lower case states in non-revived, because if I can't, it would become much less usable for me)
