Adding presistent notification for task in X tag. #107

I am an avid user of org-mode, using it daily, and managing my file in hundreads of org files.

it would be nice if orgzly have a presisten notification showing task in X tags, I know this feature from Mirakel, this is the great feature I love. cause sometimes I am not aware of my important task. so with this feature I can always see my important task in X tag stick in notification.

OpenTasks also provides some really nice support for pinning tasks. Upon pinning a task (achieved via pressing a pin icon in the task view), the title of the task will display persistently in the notifications bar, with the option to mark the task complete, or to unpin it if you expand the view.

This is really handy when trying to keep track of a very current task (e.g., a shopping list), or more than one task at once, so very eager to see how this gets implemented in Orgzly!

Markor also has a nice "Persistent Notification" option where no notifications can be swiped away when enabled.

Would love to see this in Orgzly.
