Validation of GladesTown, WindtornRuins and LowerReach for Kii difficulty.

There is an added path in Moki that was probably forgotten (line 7811) ; and some changes in the connections to TuleyShop (fixes and added paths), in case this is still used in some situations.

I also moved the path in Wastes mentionned in Discord to unsafe
