Toggling Dboosts #45

it would be nice to have damageboosts as a toggable option (for casual players and for one-hit-ko) similiar to bf rando

Rather than a toggle, I think it would be better to have a slider which let you decide how many dboost are in logic (there's only 1 dboost per path in gorlek but kii is different). Adding a second slider for dirty swims could also be a good thing.
