note fate of unclosed ways #253

I have tested this - but for now I am flailing around as inexperienced newbie so maybe I did something the wrong way and unclosed ways are actually turned into multipolygons

(but in such case it should be also noted anyway and warn about degenerated multipolygon geometries)
