QA tools we want to integrate

As many QA tools as possible should help in this project. Here is the beginning of a list.

• [x] OSM Inspector (view for geometry errors is available, but not for old-style multipolygons)
• [x] JOSM Validator already has many (multi)polygon checks
• [ ] Keepright
• [x] Maproulette (challenge list)
• [ ] Osmose (osm-fr/osmose-backend#189)
• [ ] Tofix. No immediate need, because we are using Maproulette. If somebody wants to work on this, go ahead!
