The NORSE actor needs the original NORSE source code to work. At the moment, all the files are inside a local directory in the running environment. Generalization of the code is needed, so after release the code can be run easily, without doing any specific set of the location of the files.

Details of this have to be worked out.

The NORSE code will be added a submodule to this repository, see issue #25. This can be referenced inside the actor wrapper conveniently. This issue can be closed.
