Create a persona for Data Scientist that can be used by OpenSSF and S2C2F #22

Need to understand the Data Scientist persona and workflow in order to determine if S2C2F can be extended to help with AI/ML use cases.

We should chat about this, either at SOSS Fusion or at the next meeting. This seems like something worthwhile to do
