entities_idtfs is deleted and .scsi files are changed #7

1.Entities_idtfs.scs was deleted, and its contents were organized under files. 2.All inclusions of .scsi files where fixed. 3.A temporary proposal.txt file was created. It contains suggestions of making various changes.
