Create additional CSV Export of Collections data #146

Anne has requested a CSV export of Collections data: "title, sort title, extent, creators, hist/bio note, scope/content note, dates, subjects, related collections, and public URL for all collections."

Mike Eaton previously created a Collections CSV export: https://github.com/osulp/archon/commit/ab742464ca552a7bc1432404153b4d763eab0172

I think a good plan is to see what was changed in that PR and build an additional one, expanding the export.

Also add "Material type" to the export.
