"Error: This app can not be enabled because it makes the server unstable" with new version #48

I just tried to install the current master on my Nextcloud 12.0.4 manually (disable the version installed from the store, log out, replace the ownpad directory with the new version, log in, try to enable again), but it gives me the following error in Nextcloud: "Error: This app can not be enabled because it makes the server unstable"

I guess this is a similar issue to this: https://github.com/nextcloud/news/issues/89 and has something to do with the new 3rd party contents?

never mind, seems to be an issue with my nextcloud as other apps that worked before are also effected.
