Add flashlight with downward swipe on lockscreen

Enhancement:

Currently in the circle lock, you can add shortcuts, itd be cool to add a 
downward motion instead of the power button to start the tourch on the phone. 
See team bamf's paradigm rom for an idea how this works. Very useful!

so you are wanting a shortcut on the lockscreen for flashliight? PowerWidget 
and toggles might not like it

No, instead of sliding left or right you can drag the circle south off the edge 
of the device
