This was a request to separate out the QoL results into Baseline, Month 3, and Final listings.

Have created three new list views: Baseline, Month 3, and Final. Each is now set to 100 results (which is slowing it), and is sortable on ID, Trial ID (default), and Date Recorded. Formatting of the Trial ID now matches the Follow Up listing pages visually.
