Fix media upload server -> move to pinata.cloud backend

Description

We've cleaned up access to the upload for ZORA IPFS server and need to migrate to another solution – pinata offers a solid API and this PR migrates to the Pinata API. It also uses signed JWT to hide the private key for pinata to prevent abuse.

We need to fix uploads

Code review

Ensure preview works for file upload (once API key is added to vercel for pinata).

After merging, builder protocol needs to upgrade to the paid pinata plan.
