pymeshio not showing up in the Add-on tab

I've tried removing the dots in the name of the folder, but it's still not showing up in the directory. I'm using Blender 2.79.

Some help would be very appreciated!

@TheWeirdOtaku idk if this still help but use older ver of blender the latest doesn't recognize it somehow...i've same prob too
