Found this game in the archive of the Ouya forum. It's posted on the Archive: Bears can't drift - https://archive.org/details/ouya_com.Ludophobia.Grizzly_1.1
The author never made the final version, but continued on Steam and PS4 after a Kickstarter campaign.
