When sharing an Overleaf project, I receive the notification that the invite could not be sent and that the recipient must already have an account on the instance.
If I interpret this message correctly, a user must have an account on an instance (overleaf.com, an university instance, ...) so that I can share a document with them. Since it happens very often that one works in different teams, it would be extremely helpful if Overleaf could support a) guest accounts and b) some sort of federation in the way Nextcloud does: There, one can share folders on one instance with a user from another instance - and it is simply listed in your original instance, among all of your other projects (with a visual indication, that it is a shared folder/symlink).
This would help enormously in keeping an overview of all of your projects in different teams on different instances. :slightly_smiling_face:

Many thanks in advance!
