Some GIFs don't send #1182

Reproduce

  1. Pick a GIF (right now for me it's wow-that-sucks-dude-stan.mp4)
  2. Click it to send
  3. See a red tiny icon next to the timestamp, it won't send.

Operating system macOS 14.7
