ActionMenu in Datagrid (compact)

Description

On the last version of the MRC with ODS v18, I've been told that the design of the ActionMenu button in a Datagrid row should be with variant ghost and ellipsis-vertical

Actual design:

Should be (no border)

just browse component in storybook

after discussion the rules are:

ActionMenu in Card -> outlined + ellipsis-vertical
ActionMenu in Datagrid Row -> ghost + ellipsis-vertical

So in the PR I only updated what icon is used and didn't touch to the current behavior of the default variant to avoid breaking changes
