FSaaS - Volume Autoscaling #561

As an OVHcloud customer using Public Cloud I want FSaaS to have auto scaling storage volume so that

  1. the service does not need a very high pre-allocation
  2. the service can be used as a high volume temporary storage
  3. as a consumer I don't need to create extra monitors to check the storage size

Note: I am an existing user of AWS EFS and it provides a similar functionality.
