Separate selfcal for XX and YY #60

Since the OVRO-LWA beam has strong Q particular at low elevations, it makes sense to separate the self-calibration of XX and YY visibilities. While all the backend functions implemented should support this in practically all cases, this feature has only been tested to a small extent. Testing needed.
