duplicated suggestions #185

While evaluating suggestion from http://wn.mybluemix.net, I got some results like "param XXX already in YYY" or "param XXX not in YYY", wich, in the cases I was able to take a look, occur because of duplicated actions.

Please, take a look in the attached files: already_in.txt; not_in.txt

For the last 2-3 cases in the first file, I confirmed that we had duplicated suggestions that I have removed. We will need to Gove over the list and clean the data in the interface.

The 3 cases in the not_in.txt are all related to duplicated suggestions for removing items. I removed the duplicated suggestions.

In fact, nothing. Those suggestions aren't applied.

Even in this case, the file already_in contains 36 cases: the ideal would be to remove those too.

OK, second file was solved. The first file I solved randomly. So at this point I don't know which one still need to be fixed, this is another list of errors that need to be dynamic. I agree to keep this issue open and let us try to finish it after the release.
