No error message if no permission to open space link #11014

When a space link is open but user does not have permission to access space, user is redirected to personal space without any error message. May I ask to add the same error message to OCIS as we have in oC10?

I am not sure if this is still valid. But as this is a web issue. Let's move it to the web repo ...
