Rename LICENSE.md to LICENSE #198

Description:

Currently, the license file is named LICENSE.md. For better alignment with standard repository practices, it would be beneficial to rename the file to LICENSE. This change will improve consistency and clarity within the repository. While this is a miscellaneous change, it is necessary to maintain conventional practices.

Proposed Solution:

Rename LICENSE.md to LICENSE.
