Touch exploration hangs in WebView on S3 running 4.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open web browser  in jellybean galaxy s3.  
2. slide the finger in to screen, just like explore by touch.
3. try to read  the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no speech feedback
the talkback is hang for sometimes
then  suddenly respond to read sum word of browser.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
samsung galaxy s3
jellybean 4.1
talkback v3.2.1_b1_r81
Please provide any additional information below.
this bug is also present in 
talkback beta6.

Is this occurring 100% of the time on all web pages, or just occasionally?

We've not seen further reports of this.  We believe it to be resolved as of the 
latest version of the web scripts with the latest TalkBack beta release.
