This is with alx folder note (AFN) and file tree alternative (FTA) enabled, but folder note OFF in FTA.
note that there are 2 "open folder note" entries.
One of the opens the folder note in a new tab (AFN),
the other opens the folder note in the left panel. I suspect this is coming from FTA?
I can perhaps understand having 2 behaviors, but it might help me if the two commands could be distinguished, as I keep forgetting which is which, and in fact I don't need the FTA one.
Also, the shift+click from AFN does not seem to create a folder note in this setup, but it would be nice if it did. Neither do the FTA "arrow icon" nor the AFN formatting options (text, icon) for "folders with folder notes" seem to be operative in FTA (though AFN works in the regular file explorer). It would be nice if at least the "arrow icon" would show.
Turning on FTA folder notes:
Create Folder Note:
if no folder note exists, shift click creates blank folder note with no template (not desired behavior, would prefer AFN template could be used, since FTA has no template function)
using menu to create folder note uses AFN. OK
Open folder note:
if folder note exists, shift click open AFN correctly OK
using menu to open folder notes works as above, with 2 entries and 2 effects. OK
