Add Spanish localization to Preferences #107

The preferences window is currently localized only to English and Russian. Maccy also has Spanish localization, but I'm not capable of localizing the whole texts in the preferences. Pull requests are welcome!

Russian localization is done in a5eb7ee79a6dbc175f61ffd9b285adfee55be2fb for the reference.
