Announce upcoming maps in organizer Discord channel #103

Currently, organizers have almost no way of knowing which maps will be presented on the following week's voting screen, besides reading the maps.json file, which isn't trivial to access. I propose that the upcoming top 5 could be announced in the organizer Discord channel once curation has finished. This could even be extended to, say, the top 10 to allow for swapping out obviously bad maps with obviously better ones at a glance.

For now, implementation could be as simple as a list of workshop links that will auto-embed on Discord. Ideally, we'd eventually provide a way to conveniently swap out the top 5 (apart from modifying maps.json) and possibly a neater visual representation alongside the merging of #58.
