Questions for O-Glycan database #6

Hi! The software is useful and I have some questions using pGlyco3 to search for O-linked glycans. Thanks ahead for response.

The file Multi-Site-O-Glycan.gdb.txt contains 445 types of glycans. And I wonder whether these glycans will be considered as the total glycan composition on glycopeptides when this database is used for searching, or the software will combine these glycans into new glycan compositions. Since a PSM result with a glycan 'H(1)N(1)A(2)' was obtained when using the Multi-Site-O-Glycan.gdb to search, however this glycan was not found in the glycan database.
