pLink2 does not work #64

Dear all, I'm searching for crosslinking peptides in a sample that was modified by chemical allergen. I have submitted the search in pLink2.3.7 against the whole human proteome (I used the raw data obtained from an Q-Exactive mass spectrometer). Unfortunately it seems not to be working. The error is noted that: [pParse] Dear User: pParse.exe failed to open C:\Users\dermatochimie\Desktop\pLink\Data\2019_S43_Minh_DCP4_1000ng.ms2, this file does not exist any more! [pParse] pParse has encountered a problem and will exit. Retry with correct parameters.

So could you help me find this problem?

I'am sorry, I installed MSFileReader and now it just works.
