I'm searching for crosslinking peptides in a sample that was modified by chemical allergen. I have submitted the search in pLink2.3.7 against the whole human proteome (I used the raw data obtained from an Q-Exactive mass spectrometer). Unfortunately it seems not to be working. The error is noted that:
