It'd be nice to be able to run chord on itself.  Currently can't.  Necessary 
changes probably could be confined to ClassHierarchy.java

This isn't a high priority -- easy enough to copy-and-rename everything.  But 
it seems like a symptom of some places in the code being sloppy about which 
classes get loaded from where that might pose more problems down the line.
