MP, AC, CH6_RATE_KD tuning option does not work #567

CH6_RATE_KD tuning option doesn't work. Change values in MP via boxes or in 
left pane, write params, check in Terminal, >test >tune, values don't change. 

Also no tuning option for CH_STAB_D
