APM2.0 GPS 3DFix solid blue but no GPS visible to Missioon Planner

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Wait for solid 3DFix connect to Mission Planner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All sensors function normally except the GPS.  ABC lights normal cycling on 
connection, but no blue shows with GPS lock.  B shows dull yellow.
Mission Planner fully functional on all inertial sensors, magnetometer, and 
baro altimeter

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
New APM2.0 Mission Planner 1.1.86 running in Vista.  Connection over USB.  JP1 
in place.  

Firmware - I initially loaded latest release AC software, then tried with AP

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attempted various combinations of APM reset and disconnect.

Problem now solved.  All sensors of APM2.0 now working well.

Issue was apparantly due to inadequate signal connection between the main board 
and the shield.
