Can't enter references when author lacks first name/initial #118

Occasionally an author only has a single name (as with Priya in this article https://doi.org/10.1017/jpa.2017.83), but the reference page requires first initials to be entered. In this case it's the additional authors field, which says "Names of additional authors must be formatted with initials before last names" - can this be changed to a warning rather than preventing further entry?

Incidentally, I believe this instance is because the person is from Myanmar, which has very different naming conventions!

All reference data entry issues need to be warnings, not prohibitions, as long as there is a name, a date, and some publication info.
