Feature Accept Delivery

Description Make the UI consistent across all 3 components.

Requirements

[x] If there is no destination address the map should take up 100% of the space.
[x] If there is a destination address given, make sure the map takes up 50% of the page and the listing takes up the remaining room.
[x] Make sure the modal and it's content matches the accept deliveries page UI.
