Description Make the UI consistent across all 3 components.

Acceptance Criteria

If there is no destination address the map should take up 100% of the space.
If there is a destination address given, make sure the map takes up 50% of the page and the listing takes up the remaining room.
Make sure the modal and it's content matches the accept deliveries page UI.

UI changes are great and matches description of the PR. Consider explicitly stating "Offset Distance" above the list of distances - seeing 1km for a package going to van from vic may be confusing to the user.
