Reviews Part 1 - 2-way review system

Nice job!

Here are some things that I noticed in the PR:

200 characters is not a lot to write a review. I don't know if we have a limit on SupaBase, but it would be nice to for it to be ~500-1000 characters.
Maybe change the title of the modal to Review Sender for brevity
If you use the styling that all the other modal are using, you shouldn't need to add another button for Submit Review
I was still in the modal after submitting the review and the the message for an already submitted a review showed up. This feels like a bug.
Upon looking at a past review, it looks like I can edit a review I already submitted.
