If we want the every featured image to look like one (slider) in the front page there are two requirements
the image must be wider than 1400px (1400 px is the maximum width of the website regardless of the screen resolution. e.g. if the screen resolution is 1920 x 1220, the website will only expand to 1400 px of the screen)
The width-height ratio should be 2.7
If it meets those two, the featured image will be resized properly based on the width of the device that you are looking.
