HCL Education Centre is a professional Chinese Tuition Centre, established in December 2006 by our founder, Mr Wang Deqing. It has developed into a well-known Chinese Tuition Centre with thousands of students achieving remarkable results. We provide Chinese tuition lessons for Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary school students. 

HCL represents both “Happy Chinese Learning” and “Higher Chinese Language”. We believe in having our students learn the diversity of the Chinese Language through effective techniques and teaching methods that have been well thought through by our educators. This includes a conducive classroom atmosphere that has been well-designed.
