Error when creating a new cluster: env: coffee: No such file or directory #107

$ huxley cluster create
env: coffee: No such file or directory

Granted, I'm trying this with my old profile still in place. Still, if this is an edge case, we still want to handle this better.

Okay, pretty much any huxley command I run gives me this error.

My bad. I am getting another error now, but I'll open an issue for that.
