Error messages are poorly formatted

I did a remote add and got an error back. The error was dumped to the console, probably using the console API in Node. We should:

• use a real logger, like log4js
• log different levels (info, error, etc)
• have flags for increasing the level of output (-v for warning, -vv for info, etc)
• only dump the actual error message itself using the error level
• log other information as info
• this way only the message shows up unless you have -v or -vv set
• if the --json or --yaml flag is set with -vv, dump the error as JSON/YAML
• if you do this, using JSON.stringify or YAML.safeDump (or whatever the API is)
• we should never see [Object] in the output :)
• the error message should be adapted for the context
• we should never say, 504 expected 201 or anything like that
• instead we can say Unexpected server error trying to send request
• we can provide the additional detail with info logging statements
• which again only show up if you have the -vv flag
• doesn't have to be the number of vs
• we could also do -v [level], ex: -v info or --verbose info
• or maybe --debug etc
