Interlanguage support #1

We have some article translations, part of which are finished and part of which aren't.

It will be convenient to link all article translations for the ease of navigation, though. There's an article about it for MediaWiki.

That page talks about inter wiki links, from what i understand those point to entirely different wikis in another language (es.wikipedia.org, en.wikipedia.org, etc).

I think this concept is more suited: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:Languages Haven't tested that though but it looks like we "just" have to structure the pages properly...

Another thing: this repo is a work-in-progress (like almost anything else here :yum:) and the contents aren't linked yet to the state on https://pandorabox.io

Anything that improves the speed of navigation between pages works, including the said template. :-)
