Approve this plugin to be made public

The usual checklist is very Ruby-specific, so I'm mostly looking to see that:

• [x] The code has a reasonable API.
• [x] The code conforms to jQuery plugin standards and expectations (see below).

(For reference, I was following the information here in structuring this plugin.)

Once this is through code review I will:

• [x] Make the repo public on GitHub.
• [x] Publish it to npm.
• [x] Advertise it in the Select2 Google Group and on relevant StackOverflow questions.

• Updated code fairly significantly to handle dropups and scroll bars.
• Updated the README in several places, including adding screenshots for those two cases.
• Added a minified version of the code.
