Grey Screen Freezes before initial instal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Startup Computer
2. Select Boot Drive
3. Wait

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell 10v - 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Install Screen
Instead: Frozen Spinning wheel on grey screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NetbookBootMaker 0.8.4 RC1.app.zip - to install Mac OS X 10.6, Windows 7 Start 
is existing on Dell.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I startup in Verbose mode - it stops at line:
ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::start - 
waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) timed out

I understand that the startup can go past this, so it must be something after 
this? :/

Excuse me - I used NetbookInstaller 0.8.5pre.app.zip, and it processed just 
fine.
