Kotlin 版本太高了，有办法降级么 #25

kotlin 版本跟着 compose multiplatform 走的，compose multiplatform 正在高速发展，必须得跟上版本

再者 2.0 都发布了，这都不算高了，下个版本就要上 2.0 了
