Can confirm (am the customer) I get this when trying to rebuild:

Encountered errors while bringing up the project.
We're having the same issue and stuck. :(
Sorry if we still don't have a resolution to this but some users were able to make Localdev work by bumping the resources of Docker like this

Docker Desktop: 2.5.0.1
lando-error.log gives:
Seems port are blocked by default
Customer tried to rebuild docker from localdev and verified that docker containers are running but seems getting the same error
