Python version:2.7
Operating System: Linux

Description

Installed successfully using pip. generate_pool is raising exception as in the subject line.

What I Did

followed command line from the documentation on the GitHub/toil_cnacs for generate_pool

If there was a crash, please include the traceback here.

New feature

Explain in detail how it would work.
Keep the scope as narrow as possible, to make it easier to implement.
Remember that this is a volunteer-driven project, and that code contributions are welcome :)

I cant remember if I properly added the exome support. Attached is the file it is looking for. You can also force targeted mode by setting --mode_thres very high. gene2exon.bed.zip
