Add basic text search to conversations UI #927

Description

This PR adds:

[x] Basic text search to conversations UI
[x] New inboxes for "unread" and "unassigned" conversations
[x] Fixes how we count unread messages with pagination (logic moved to server)

(Note that for this initial version, we're just using a like query)
