[bug] copy deal room link for document #264

It looks like on live some document recipients are having a room_access_code attached even though the room is closed and init_room is 0. D.R. noticed it onon Inherent Bioscience (account_id: 259) not sure how often it's happening. Not able to recreate on staging.
