I was expecting to see some sort of cost messaging in the review stage (even if it's "filing fees vary by state). The note you pointed out is helpful and I probably should have seen it, but in my mind I had punted on reviewing costs until the review stage, which is when I pinged support. Not sure if others might run into a similar situation, but thought I'd share my train of thought.
